With a growing membership base of more than 4,300 companies, it provides a voice for the business community at local, regional and national level. Quiet Storm has been a proud partner and patron of the Chamber for many years. We were once again delighted to be tasked with creating its Annual Report for 2020. To bring the project to fruition, we had to develop a creative design concept for Board approval that reflected the Chamber’s current brand guidelines and visual identity. We worked closely with Head of Marketing Zoe Waistell and her team to collate content, images and case studies before designing the final 16-page document. It followed our work on the Chamber’s website and marketing materials produced for a host of other Chamber events, including its annual business awards. Zoe Waistell, the Chamber’s Head of Marketing, said: “We’ve worked with the Quiet Storm team on projects such as this one for many years, and they are a safe pair of hands.” A joined-up digital platform Central Joinery Group provides UK-manufactured timber products to customers across the UK, including national housebuilders and developers, smaller independent construction firms and private contractors. Last year, we were tasked with creating a new website and CRM system to join up its online presence and streamline and simplify its sales and customer operations. It was looking for a bespoke CRM system to help optimise its backend processes and make the business run more efficiently. Its three divisions were operating in silos, and it needed a central business management hub for recording contacts, suppliers and communications, generating quotes, managing tasks, storing important documents and maintaining an audit trail. It was also looking to refresh its brand identity and website to better reflect its expanded offering and attract a wider audience online. We created a bespoke version of our cloud-based Vision CRM platform, which can be accessed online via tablet or desktop. It enables surveyors to produce PDF quotes while on site, which can be stored to the customer’s CRM record for complete visibility. We also helped redesign and rebrand its brochure website with a fresh new look and feel and a simpler user journey. Kyle Archbold, Central Joinery’s Managing Director, said: “Quiet Storm is a longstanding partner of Central Joinery, and we’ve been really impressed by the speed at which they developed and launched our CRM system and the difference it has made to the business. It gives our sales team the tools they need to quickly pull together quotes for customers while they are out and about.”
