Loughborough Dental Practice branding and website make-over When Rebecca Moss took over ownership of Granby House Dental Practice, she wanted to upgrade its look and website to reflect the modern treatments they are able to offer. Love Business backs me&dee We’re delighted to unveil our good friends at me&dee as an official charity partner for Love Business Expo 2023. The Coalville-based firm has been providing a wide range of driven vehicle services, including inspection, collection and delivery, since 1986. Its services include one off collection and delivery to annually contracted services, pan-European car, coach and HGV delivery and single, multiple or fleet movements. We’ve worked with CVM for several years and were appointed to create a new recruitment video to showcase the company and the opportunities on offer and attract more of the right potential candidates. Our solution was to create a ‘day in the life’ themed video, which follows CVM delivery driver Kieran around for the day, from waking up in the morning to going home in the evening, to give potential employees an idea of what to expect from the company. Mark Boulton, CVM’s Managing Director, said: “We’ve worked with Quiet Storm on several projects over the years and they always deliver. They help us to think outside the box and give a different perspective, to help us improve the way we do things and get results.” Principal dental surgeon Rebecca has great ambition and needed the branding to support this. I want to raise the bar on how our Loughborough base dental practice was perceived. The levels of service we offer are of the highest standards, and our referral rates are terrific. But I felt we were missing out on the new families arriving into the area. When I took a look at how our competition projected themselves, I could see we didn’t look as modern or professional as other practices in the area. This was despite having a broader range of treatments and more experienced people in many cases. Quiet Storm came highly recommended. They were able to explain their process, pricing structure and how they could help us develop a refreshed Granby House Dental Practice brand. They could take care of everything from implementing a new website to helping us reach a wider audience through search engine optimisation. I’m delighted at the finished result and we’ve already had some great feedback. Its founders, Maria and Mark, have been involved with Love Business – which Quiet Storm founded in 2012 – since the very start as visitors and exhibitors. They became a charity partner for the first time at this year’s event and are keen to build on the back of its success next year. As a charity partner, me&dee have been donated space to exhibit at the event, and we’ll help raise awareness of its aims and fundraising activities through the various Love Business News media channels throughout the year. me&dee, based in Melbourne, South Derbyshire, was formed to create special moments for children and adults with a life-shortening or terminal condition. Since 2006, it has arranged holidays giving families a chance to make memories together when time is precious. Its lodge at Sherwood Hideaway in Sherwood Forest provides a place for families to spend together in a quiet and tranquil setting, where they can take a break from hospital visits and medical treatment and have time to be a family again. As a traditional British manufacturer, the firm was looking to develop a new brand and visual identity for the business and launch its first ever website. We delivered a full brand workshop to educate the client on what branding means, understand the thought process behind good branding and gain a better understanding of the business and its unique selling points. Once this work was complete, we were able to develop and roll out a full branding package. We then worked on developing a new brochure website to establish SMF’s presence online and drive sales enquiries. Robert Trigg, SMF’s Sales Manager, said: “I’ve worked with Quiet Storm previously in a former role, so they were my first port of call when it came to this project. They provided an excellent service throughout, and we’re really pleased with the results.” Fabricating a cutting-edge brand presence
