HE L P I NG YOU I NFORM , PERSUADE AND I NF LUENCE – C r A central source of information for NHS CCG It’s a membership organisation representing 123 GP practices across its region. Some of the areas of healthcare it commissions include primary care, acute or hospital and mental health services, along with community health, medication and continuing health care. Quiet Storm has worked with the CCG on several projects over the years and we were recently tasked with creating an online repository to help its communications team – which is spread over several locations across the region – to collaborate and share vital documents and information more efficiently with the rest of the organisation. The portal, which is fully optimised for both desktop and mobile use, provides a central store for policies and other documents for each area of the organisation. Users can be assigned to the work areas they need access to, and each work area includes a forum section so teams can interact, ask questions and leave comments. All users get automatic weekly and real-time email notifications when new documents or information are added. Rose Uwins, Senior Communications & Engagement Manager at Coventry and Warwickshire CCG, said: “ As a large organisation with a team spread across several sites, it’s important to be able to communicate effectively and share important information quickly and easily. “Our new online repository gives us a central store for all our important documents, as well as a way to keep colleagues connected and up-to-date with everything that’s going on.” Coventry and Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for planning, organising and buying NHS-funded healthcare for more than one million people across the Coventry and Warwickshire area. Enhancing law firm’s online presence Fishers Solicitors is one of the best- known law firms in the East Midlands. It has provided legal advice and services to local businesses and individuals for many years and its leading team of lawyers has gained an enviable reputation in the Midlands, having guided several generations through their legal affairs to help them achieve their goals. It has a wide service offering, from family law and home, property & land, to wills & probate and business & workplace. Earlier this year, Quiet Storm won a competitive tender process to design and develop a new website for Fishers to better reflect its brand, values and breadth of services. We created a new site with simple architecture and navigation to give clients quick and easy access to whatever services they are looking for. It’s SEO friendly, with strong calls to action throughout to capture data and help generate sales enquiries. Marketing Manager Chloe Ordish said: “The team at Quiet Storm really understood our brief and helped us to understand the process of creating a new website and how it’s been developed to help us meet our objectives.” Over the past 20 years, Pavestone has established itself as one of the UK’s leading landscaping and building products suppliers. Its paving, walling, edging and driveway products are available from landscaping centres and builders’ merchants across the UK. A longstanding Quiet Storm client, we have provided Pavestone with digital solutions for many years. As a business that’s constantly evolving and developing, we were tasked with redeveloping its website with a fresh new look and feel to ensure it reflects it latest brand and market position. The new site features an eye-catching design and simplified navigation, to ensure customers can find what they’re looking for within a couple of clicks, with clearer calls to action throughout. It also features new live chat, ‘find a stockist’ and ‘find an installer’ functionality. Pavestone Group CEO Jon Layton said: “As a business, we don’t stand still, so it’s important that our website moves with us. The new site Quiet Storm created for us does just that.” Paving the way to a fresh new website
