Aston Martin Surprise for Loyal Employee

Today, Whitwick based marketing firm Quiet Storm Solutions has rewarded an employee’s loyal service by presenting him with a cheque for £1000 and surprising him with the opportunity to drive the car of his dreams.

Matt Mansfield is Quiet Storm’s Web Support Team Leader. Not only has he completed 10 years service with the company but has done so without a day off sick. So, on top of the usual tax free bonus awarded to staff after 10 years, the Directors of Quiet Storm have arranged an extra reward for Matt. He will spend a day at Silverstone, home of the British Grand Prix, where he will be taught ‘Stig style’ to drive an Aston Martin DB9 to its full capability.

Matt said: “I started at Quiet Storm whilst I was still at college age 17 and I’m still happy here. My work is varied and we have a great team, As for not taking a day off sick in 10 years – I don’t seem to get ill and I enjoy coming to work. I’m obviously very pleased to get the 10 year bonus but the Track Day was a complete surprise. Aston Martin is a great British car brand. They look good, sound good and they’re expensive. Being given the chance to drive one around Silverstone is fantastic. I’m really looking forward to it.”

The presentation to Matt was part of a double celebration for Quiet Storm. The company has just been awarded its third Investors in People accreditation. In the Assessor’s report, Quiet Storm was praised for its commitment to staff development and for ensuring that employees felt valued.

Quiet Storm has been working with businesses across the UK since 1987. The company helps businesses grow their profits by giving owners and managers the right tools to generate quality enquiries and the systems to convert more sales.
