To produce the White Paper Quiet Storm listened to Secure Retail as they outlined typical problems faced by the industry. After conducting in-depth research Quiet Storm addressed each of these needs by presenting a series of ‘myths’ followed by factual information on the retailer’s obligations. The document also had sections dealing with the security risks faced by those managing an estate of chip and PIN terminals. Finally, a free compliance assessment was offered to retailers.

The A4 document was designed in line with Secure Retail’s corporate branding and made available as a downloadable pdf from their website. Now that customers were clear about any compliance short-comings they would be eager to hear the solutions offered. These solutions were displayed in a stylish 4-page brochure using easy to follow graphics and bullet points. Quiet Storm’s in-house digital print process was used to produce high quality copies. This is a speedy method of printing which is cost effective even on low print runs.
