Product template website proves a flexible option for Copper Cable

They wanted a site that was not too fussy and were also aware that many customers would be accessing via a 56k modem, putting limitations on the general appearance to allow fast download times.

Quiet Storm's template website has provided the perfect solution. The template provides clients with a basic set of pages together with a number of additional extras such as a news page, a feedback page and a jobs page. All-importantly, the site is self-editable - clients can make changes without having to use a web language specialist.

The fact that the template design has already been created minimises costs, and clients can add pages as and when time and/or budget allow.

Those who take an Active Service Agreement also get their sites software automatically upgraded - if, for example, an improvement is made to the toolbar or other standard components of the site.

Andy Gardner, Sales Manager at Copper Cable Company said:

"Often the perception is that web designers would always want lots of whistles and bangs in order to promote their own abilities with websites rather than their client's products and wishes.

"But Quiet Storm was happy to work within our limitations and replies to queries were prompt and accurate."

Most importantly, within a few weeks of www.copper-cable.co.uk going live, a number of enquiries and information requests from new and potential customers have been received.

Copper Cable is now looking at expanding the information on the site and is working with Quiet Storm to use the site outside of the original brief.
