Digital brochures help sell houses and reduce costs

“We were growing as a company and our existing brochures looked tired. We needed a more professional approach,” company director Wendy Ball explained.

“For many of our clients the brochure is the first point of contact with our company, so it is very important that it looks right.

“I often drive past Quiet Storm and decided to go in and see if they could help. I was very impressed by what I saw and asked them to have a look at a brochure for a site we were developing in Markfield, Leicestershire,” Wendy said.

Quiet Storm not only put the architect’s drawings and artist’s impressions of the houses into a fresh new design, they also provided photographs of the area around the development and provided copy to introduce Markfield, its facilities and nearby attractions.

“I was over the moon when I saw the proof,” Wendy said. “The brochure was exactly what we had been looking for.”

The number of brochures required for a specific housing development is relatively small, and in the past J A Ball had been paying for large print runs that they didn’t need.

Quiet Storm has been able to help with this too, using its in-house digital print capability to produce an appropriate quantity.

J A Ball New Homes Ltd is having a second brochure produced at Quiet Storm, with a different look to differentiate between the sites, but with the same attention to professional detail.

And they have been so pleased with the work and the service they are now using Quiet Storm to have a website designed and built.
