Belinda Basson, Marketing Manager for the major producer and supplier of primary, secondary and recycled construction aggregates, asphalt, ready-mixed concrete and pre-cast concrete products, also had images that she wanted to appear in the calendar.
Quiet Storm collected the brief and images from Belinda, and within just 48 hours returned with a selection of visuals.
The design that Belinda favoured featured a dozen photographs representing the multi-million pound company’s business brands. Each month, a photo representing one of the businesses was used as the main image with smaller images of the other businesses positioned around it. The main photo was changed for each month, with the business brand names consistently appearing beneath all of the pictures each time.
Below the image area of the calendar, the dates are set in sufficient space to allow notes to be written in, creating the working calendar that Aggregate Industries had been seeking.
To ensure the document was completed entirely to Belinda’s exacting standards and within the tight deadline, she spent time working alongside the designer at Quiet Storm’s Whitwick studio.
“It was useful to be able to communicate directly with the designer and immediately see the effect of the adjustments I requested,” Belinda said.
Three thousand copies of the calendar were printed, with Quiet Storm helping to organise distribution via the printer to various locations around the country.
Commenting on the calendar, Belinda said: “We found Quiet Storm very responsive and very co-operative to work with.
“The calendar is just what we were looking to achieve and was created and delivered in record time.”
