The Franchise Group are experts in creating these business systems and are turning dozens of businesses into successful franchises but unlike most franchising consultancies they share the risk with the original business owners. This completely new approach is called 'Upside Down® Franchising' and it really is turning the franchise market on its head.
Steve Hackney, ex Leicester Tigers and England rugby player is one of the founding partners who has worked with, and been a friend to Quiet Storm for many years.
Once his rugby playing days were over, Steve became a highly successful marketing consultant - he specialised in systemising the marketing function of businesses and has written over 12 best selling 'sales and marketing' books. When he teamed up with Peter Finlay (one of Britain's leading specialists and speakers on the development of franchising strategies) and Howard Flint (an expert in operational systems and management) The Franchise Group was born.
The Franchise Group has to lead by example and all elements of its business are systemised, measured, quantified and analysed so that performance is optimised. To help in this, Quiet Storm were approached to create their management tools, these encompass lead generation evaluation, customer management databases and intranet. Quiet Storm has also produced their exhibition display systems, marketing literature, presentation materials, press advertising plus branding services for any new franchises that require it.
"I have known the team at Quiet Storm for over 10 years and having referred clients to them, I was well aware of their capabilities. When The Franchise Group was ready to be rolled out they were the obvious choice to provide the marketing collateral we needed. The range of services offered in-house provides us with flexibility and we don't waste time explaining who we are and what we want to several suppliers. The quality of the service and materials produced has been first class and I know they have contributed to our success." Steve Hackney - Marketing Director The Franchise Group.
