When Air Logistics, a dedicated specialist cargo sales and service partner to airlines world-wide decided to raise their profile and marketing activity they didn’t know where to start. In her new position as Marketing Manager for the Air Logistics Group, Melissa Hocknell wanted to make sure her budget was spent wisely. With 47 offices worldwide, their marketing message and brand wasn’t something to be changed lightly. Having visited several marketing companies Melissa was understandably very cautious about working with a new supplier for this high profile contract.
"The only company I visited that could offer the whole range of services under one roof was Quiet Storm, however having never worked with them before I wanted to take things slowly. With an exhibition deadline fast approaching I knew it was a tight call to create a new image and have it produced in time for the show. I was prepared to use our old equipment and image as a fall back because it was important that we got the new marketing message right, thankfully this wasn’t necessary.
Quiet Storm did a really professional job for us, the new image was just what I had hoped for and I didn’t have to compromise on anything to get it turned around in time for the exhibition. The whole process was efficiently handled in-house which meant I could see everything at the various stages of production. This gave me the confidence to place more work and the new image was also rolled out into a brochure, again produced in-house and in time for the exhibition.
The feed back during and since the exhibition has really been positive with employees, partners and customers all commenting on the striking new image. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the whole process, from the initial meeting Quiet Storm understood what we wanted. They are highly professional and having all of the facilities in-house was great for me because I could be confident that the deadliness would be met. The quality of the materials produced is excellent and I am happy to say that we will continue to develop our relationship with Quiet Storm applying our new image across other marketing materials."
