Does your business pass the 3 second test?

Therefore your corporate interior must reflect the professionalism of your company and make a statement about what you stand for.

Morgan Est provides a comprehensive capability to infrastructure clients across the UK including services of finance, design, construction and asset management. Morgan Est is organised into four main national business streams of infrastructure, tunnelling, rail and utilities. Their reputation is based upon innovation, technical expertise, professional delivery and a culture of partnership which has earned Morgan Est some of the UK’s highest profile projects including the delivery of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5.

When you enter the Morgan Est head office in Rugby they want you to get a feel for the scale and diversity of projects they are responsible for. Whether you are a potential customer or supplier, they want you to know that, without any doubt, you are going to be a partner to what is a highly professional organisation. This can’t be achieved with ‘off the shelf artwork’.

Having undertaken a major refit, the head office was looking very smart but a little sterile and the question was asked, ‘How can we project the Morgan Est brand and values throughout our smart new offices?’

Bob Watson, Managing Director of Roshal Space Consultants, the contractors responsible for the refit, had worked on the redesign of the interiors, understood the need and importance of the 'three second rule' said, “Everyone gets caught up in the physical changes to the environment and only when they start to see the finished product take shape can they move on to how it is dressed. Having worked with Quiet Storm on many occasions I knew instantly that they would be able to interpret the Morgan Est brand throughout the building. Therefore, when the question was asked, I had no hesitation introducing Wendy to their services.”

Wendy Walker is responsible for producing the in-house graphic design for internal and external communications and is guardian of the Morgan Est brand. The project was driven by Wendy and with teamwork and creativity we were able to produce a flawless streamlined appearance to all of the internal signage.

“We had strong ideas about the look we wanted to achieve, but were not sure how best to produce it. After our meeting with Quiet Storm we felt confident and reassured that our ideas would work”. Wendy continued; “Quiet Storm made the project really easy for us, providing sound advice and guidance while understanding our concept and aspirations. At Morgan Est we pride ourselves on delivering a quality service and this was no exception. The offices at Rugby have been totally transformed and everybody now feels even more proud of where they work. Visitors also often comment on how great the offices now look”.
