Displays and brochures help make open day a huge success

They have a vast array of multi pallet metal cutting machines on permanent display and under power in Coalville at their 4,000m2 air-conditioned showroom - the majority of which are capable of running unmanned for long production periods.

Having organised an open day Ian Michie, Matsuura's Marketing Executive, wanted to increase the visual presence of the Matsuura brand and the key messages on display. Ian also wanted to ensure that the message was tangible and visitors had a reminder once they had left the impressive Matsuura facility.

Investing in long-term partnerships and offering full CNC manufacturing solutions to their customers sets Matsuura apart. It is not so much the machines that Matsuura sell but the full production processes and the vital support they offer. Matsuura customers are supplied with proven and optimised CNC solutions, offering a reliable route to a rapid return on investment (ROI). This message is difficult to convey to prospects that haven't been personally recommended but as it is their unique selling point (USP), Ian needed to be sure that any visitors to the open day took that message away with them.
