Luxury brochure perfectly conveys product image

Agadon Heat and Design sell Italian styled designer radiators to the UK market. As a new company it had an urgent need for a product brochure that would convey the right image to the market. Quiet Storm was asked to create a design concept for the company and produce the brochures in time for a major exhibition. This meant meeting a tight delivery deadline as a lack of professionally produced sales material would seriously damage Agadon’s chances of success at the show.

The product range includes stylish flat panel, single tube and double tube radiators in both horizontal and vertical configurations. These are available in a wide range of sizes and finishes from elegant anthracite, white or silver through to bespoke products in any colour – even shocking pink! Agadon buy direct from European manufacturers, cutting out the wholesaler and passing the savings onto its customers. The goods are very competitively priced but it was important that the brochure reflect the luxurious appeal of the designer product.

The Quiet Storm design team came up with a concept for the A4 size brochure that conveyed warmth and style. Gloss laminated card was used for the outer cover to give the brochure a luxury feel and the strap-line ‘designer radiators without the designer price tag’ clearly conveys the company’s key selling point.

The inside pages made full use of stunning images of the range while the product information was clearly displayed in neat panels. Every right-hand page included a coloured footer giving the order line telephone number and the company website making it easy for customers to place an order. The price list was printed as a separate insert so that if prices needed to change the brochure was still valid. Dividing the information in this way ensured the project was as cost effective as possible for Agadon.

The brochures were delivered to Agadon in time for the exhibition and the company was so delighted with the design that it went on to request additional items including exhibition materials and an e-commerce website.

Agadon Director, Simon Hall commented: “This was to be our first company brochure so there was no design for Quiet Storm to follow. We found the team extremely easy to work with and the result was a design just right for our target market, creating the impression we wanted. We typically exhibit at two shows per month so the brochures are vital and we also mail them out following telephone and web enquiries. I’m pleased to say that they are already generating orders.”
