“Seeing as we are a manufacturing company our website is the first place we can feature our products to let the customer see that we have added them to the range. It allows us to feature them with ease and, in conjunction with the MailBlast system, allows us to keep the customer up to date with any product changes and important information that we wish to share with them.
“We use the MailBlast to promote any B grade products we have and this on its own has been a fantastic success. We now have customers waiting for their Monday morning fix of the B grade list and once it has been issued we receive calls almost immediately from our distributors wishing to purchase the products.
“Recent changes to our website have included an upgrade to allow customers to check stock online. Although only in its trial period at Parry, this has reduced the number of incoming phone calls we have just for this question. Our next stage is to be able to offer purchasing online which will again help us streamline our sales office and allow our staff to be proactive in calling due to the phone lines being less congested.
