Flint use video to increase business with key accounts

The four minute video posted on Flint’s website provides a clear snapshot of the company’s impressive capability.

“We wanted to have something that portrays Flint in a very standard message,” explains General Manager Vince Clark.

“We are very pleased with the result! It is a great introduction to Flint as a distributor of technology products. It reinforces our message and basically encompasses everything we wanted to get across. The video enables people to quickly understand what we can offer. We know from experience that when customers visit our premises they are extremely impressed. We have a fully automated state-of-the-art logistics hub, premier IT systems and a highly professional set-up. By showcasing all these in the video we can impress our customers without asking them to travel here.

“In the video we urge customers to ‘challenge Flint’ and see what else we can do to make their business more profitable. Our focus is on our existing customers rather than attracting new ones. We want to increase business with our key accounts and we believe that if customers have a better understanding of our company, our product range and our expertise then they will increase their orders. We have already had complimentary comments from customers about the video and we believe it is hugely beneficial.”
