Video Sells Product Not Yet Available

If you wanted to pitch a service which was only a concept, but you needed it to feel established - what would you do to convince your prospective client?

UTL were tendering for a completely new service to their client. To clearly demonstrate how this would work in practice they wanted to include a video. The problem was, as UTL did not have this service up and running, the service would have to be simulated, scripted and filmed. The proposal was for an on-line interactive help desk for the client’s corporate customers.

 “We asked Quiet Storm to create a video that would demonstrate how a customer would engage with a technician via a website. They took the time to fully understand what the service would involve and devised a storyboard and script to outline the scenes in the video.

UTL staff were used to play the part of the customer and the technician and the finished video is a good representation of how the service would operate. We were really pleased with the result and the fact that Quiet Storm pulled everything together within a tight timescale.

We were so impressed that we are now using them for another video project. This one will show our complete capability.”
