Paving the way to a fresh new website

Over the past 20 years, Pavestone has established itself as one of the UK’s leading landscaping and building products suppliers. Established in 2003, the firm has enjoyed rapid growth today is one of the top authorities in the supply of natural stone paving, walling and edging products into the domestic landscaping market.

Pavestone sources natural stone from audited, ethically responsible stone processors and is actively involved in specifically targeted industry projects for continuous improvement in working conditions for our supply chain workers in India.

Recognising a responsibility for the environment and welfare of the workers in the supply chain Pavestone became a founder member of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), an alliance of companies, trade unions, charities and campaigning organisations that work together to improve working conditions in global supply chains.

Pavestone’s patio paving, walling, driveway block paving and complementary landscaping products are available nationally through a large number of selected builders’ merchant and landscaping centre stockists

 

An enhanced online presence

A longstanding Quiet Storm client, we have provided Pavestone with digital solutions for many years. It is a constantly evolving and developing business, and we were tasked with redeveloping its website with a fresh new look and feel to ensure it reflects its latest brand and market position.

The paving market is highly competitive and driven by ever-changing tastes in consumer demand. Pavestone aims to stay ahead of the curve by regularly introducing new paving products to keep up with the latest garden design trends.

We were tasked with updating Pavestone’s existing brochure website to reflect its evolving product range and provide its customers with a better online experience and user journey. We approached this project by segmenting the entire product range down and giving each category its own section on the website.

The new site features an eye-catching design and simplified navigation to ensure customers can find what they’re looking for within a couple of clicks, with more explicit calls to action throughout. It also features new live chat, ‘find a stockist’ and ‘find an installer’ functionality, along with laying guides for each product and links to its social media channels.
