Active Support
DISCOUNTED RATE, PRIORITY BOOKINGS
Our active support option allows clients to purchase a pre allocated bank of hours each month for any of our services; web amends, design, print etc. Priority access to our Support desk (9-5 5 days a week), quarterly reviews of your website to discuss constant improvements. 4 working hour response time on our ticketing system.
A pre purchased set amount of hours, you can choose how many hours your contract will over, with a minimum of 2 hours per month & a minimum 12 month contract period
- Hourly rate: £106+VAT
Example: a contract of 4 hours per month, would have a monthly cost of £424+vat (which works out at an annual cost of £5,088)
