Data Sheets Save Britz Valuable Time
21 March 2005
Company director Jennie Kelly acknowledges that the appearance of the PC-produced data wasn’t perfect, but the sheets served the purpose and saved employing a design specialist.
But the company, which produces crisps and snack foods for expatriate markets in a growing number of overseas destinations, soon began to expand.
The product range was extended and an increasing number of enquiries were coming in to the company’s Leicestershire base from higher level agents and distributor than at the outset.
“We realised that we needed to go up to the next level and have something done professionally,” Jennie explains.
She and her partner Phil sat down with Quiet Storm and explained what they were looking to achieve. “Quiet Storm provided us with three options and we liked elements from each of them, so we had those combined,” Jennie says.
The sheets contain information about the company, the products in each range and basic details about Britz total product portfolio. They have been produced as pdf documents, making them quick and easy to send out electronically.
And Jennie is delighted with what the sheets are helping Britz to achieve. “It is a very professional way for us to respond to enquiries, which is obviously what we were looking for. People to whom they have been sent have commented on how impressed they are by the presentation of information and we have had new enquiries since sending them out.
“In addition, the sheets save us a huge amount of time, a very valuable asset to any company. When we receive an enquiry all we have to do is attach the relevant data sheets and a price list to an email and send it out. This delivers all the information anyone could need in seconds!”
