Bob clocks up 30 years’ service…

Congratulations to our Online Director, Bob Tod, who has clocked up 30 years of continuous service with Quiet Storm.

Bob is a familiar face to many Quiet Storm clients and is often the first port of call when dealing with queries and technical issues. He joined Quiet Storm in 1992, five years after we started, as a designer and web developer and has been with us ever since.

Over the years, he’s held several roles within the business, working his way up to the position of Online Director, where he’s responsible for the day-to-day running of our clients’ website operations, as well as lending his technical and creative eye to many of the design, photography and videography projects we undertake.

Bob has worked on many major projects during his time with us, including all of the work we’ve done for the Rail Delivery Group, various NHS clients, and big national players like Culina Logistics. He’s also a valued team member, using his skills and expertise to mentor some of his younger colleagues and ensure everything we do meets the exceptional standards our clients have come to expect.

Bob said:

“30 years is a long time, but it’s flown by, and I’ve enjoyed every minute working here at Quiet Storm. We have a great team, some wonderful clients, and some interesting projects to get involved in. I can’t guarantee I’ll be around for another 30 years, but it’s been great to be a part of the Quiet Storm journey and to see how the business has grown, and I’m excited to see what the next chapter might hold.”    

…and Jade rejoins the team.

Meanwhile, we’re pleased to welcome Jade Bostock back into the team as Production Co-Ordinator. Jade is another familiar face to our clients; this is her third stint with the company. Over the years, she has held several business roles, including online support. She’s juggled her career around starting a family, but when the opportunity came earlier this year to bring her back into the fold, we gave her a call.

Jade said:

“It’s good to be back at Quiet Storm. I have a long-standing relationship with Phil and Steve and have always enjoyed my time working here, so when I got the call asking if I’d like to come back, it was an easy decision to make. I really enjoy working with the team and supporting our clients by keeping their projects on track, so no doubt will be speaking to many of you soon.”
