QS Newsletter Issue 47
After a long stretch of virtual sessions, we have brought our SEOworkshops back to their best format: face-to- face. There is a natural energy in the room that simply cannot be replicated online. Questions come quicker, and ideas land differently when people learn together in the same space. Designed to be engaging rather than overwhelming, these sessions strip away the jargon. SEO has evolved; it is no longer just about keywords, but about site speed, usability, and genuine communication. By keeping groups small – maximum seven people – we ensure the dynamic remains interactive. Whether you are a small business owner or a marketing professional, you benefit from shared perspectives and real-world examples. The goal has actionable value. You won’t leave wondering what to do next; you will have practical tools to improve your website immediately. We focus on giving you the confidence to take control of your digital presence. These workshops run on the last Wednesday of eachmonth, from9:30 am to 12:30 pm. If you want to remove the mystery from SEO and walk away with a clear plan, I’d love to see you there. Book your place at www. quietstorm.net/seo-workshops SEO Workshops: Back on the calendar The core of the project is a seamless integration between William Davis’ internal Site Manager mobile app and Quiet Storm’s customer-facing portal. By creating synergy between these two environments, the teams have avoided unnecessary duplication. Site managers operate within their existing app for on-site audits and data capture, while customers interact through a dedicated web portal. This data flows effortlessly between systems, ensuring efficiency and reducing development complexity. The platform supports the entire customer journey, starting from the “notice to complete” stage. It provides automatic onboarding, digital document access, and instructional videos to guide new homeowners. A critical component is the issue management (snagging) system, which aligns with NHBC standards. This allows customers, surveyors, and site managers to report issues that are then validated and assigned to subcontractors. All stakeholders, including customer service teams, can track these issues through to resolution in real time, ensuring total transparency. Behind the scenes, the system integrates with existing infrastructure, such as SharePoint APIs, to keep data actionable and up to date. To manage the project’s scale, delivery is structured in collaborative phases. This allows for regular reviews and refinements, ensuring the final solution meets the practical needs of a busy housebuilding environment. This project is a true partnership between WilliamDavis’ internal developers and Quiet Storm’s digital experts. By combining their strengths, they are building a flexible, future-proof solution that improves operational efficiency and elevates the homeowner experience. It is a prime example of digital transformation rooted in transparency and shared vision, creating a platform that supports the long-term growth of a respected Midlands brand. WilliamDavis Ltd, a family-owned housebuilder renowned for craftsmanship, appointed Quiet Stormas its digital transition partner following a trusted recommendation.
