Yorkshire Water uses calendar ‘give away’ to promote website

Over 1,000 pictures were submitted and displayed on a You’ve Been Rambled website. The best were then selected for Yorkshire Water’s first ever calendar.

The idea behind the calendar is to show people how attractive and welcoming Yorkshire Water’s sites are and to encourage them to visit. In the past Quiet Storm has helped the company do this with the production of walks maps.

The calendar brings the two together, with walks maps printed on the pages and photos taken on the routes dotted around them.

“It looks terrific,” said Craig Spence of Yorkshire Water. “We are very impressed with the design Quiet Storm has created. They did the work on time and within a competitive budget.”

The first 2,000 visitors to the walks section of Yorkshire Water’s website www.yorkshirewater.com will receive a copy of the You’ve Been Rambled calendar. Copies are also being sent as gifts to stakeholders and presented to staff as part of an in-house promotion.
